Soy xxxx y te escribia para darte las gracias por el ultimo curso de Madrid.

GRACIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS

Mi esfuerzo me costo pues en el viaje de ida fui con fiebre, estuve en el curso con fiebre y a la vuelta me dierón combulsiones de fiebre.
La fiebre me dio sed, y en lo que duro el curso me bebi 9 botellines de agua. Y despues me meaba. JOER QUE MAL. Fue el peor dia de muchos. Pero tenia tantas ganas de ir que aguante como pude. No lo disfrute nada de nada pues lo pase fatal. Pero no por ti ni por el curso sino por las circunstancias.

TE VOY ESCRIBIR 8 COMENTARIOS (Que no son ni para criticar ni para dorar la pildora).

Primero: ¿porque hize el curso? Fui en busca de PASIÓN.

Yo era una persona que hacia mucho deporte (muchisimo), tenia muchos amigos y vivia feliz.
Ahora soy un gordo con un trabajo que odio, con desgaste en los cartilagos y que la gente trata de usted (por que lo ven muy viejo).
¿Como llegue a esto? pues muy facil al tener que buscarse las abuchelas empeze en 1998 a trabajar en un sitio que me lleva mucho tiempo y ademas es muy rutinario. No tengo tiempo para vivir (hacer deporte, sembrar a los amigos, etc). Empeze a ganar peso 300 gramos al mes 3,6 kilos al año. Osea desde 1998 al 2012 50,4 kilos. Pase de 80 kilos a 130,4 kilos. Empeze con dietas (y el efecto muelle) que me hacian engordar. Un año hace 5 aposte con un amigo que corria un maratón, la corri. Con 120 kilos. En 4 horas y media. El año en que tarde en preparla, fui feliz. Y el dia que lo consegui, fui feliz.
Fue duro correr la maraton (imaginate lo que es correr con una mochila de 50 kilos).

LO QUE TE QUIERO DECIR QUE MIENTRAS HACES LAS COSAS CON PASIÓN ERES FELIZ. Y ESO FUI A BUSCAR A TU CURSO. QUE ME APASIONASE.

Segundo: -La frase que buscabas para el curso-

Lo que se gana en el mar se invierte en tierra.

Anecdota: Hace 2 años me encontre en Roquetas de mar (Almería) con un familiar de Paco Rabal (actor), Y me conto la historia de su familia. Su abuelo era primo de Paco Rabal.
Su abuelo y Paco Rabal cuando eran jovenes salian a pescar a la mar en un barril de vino. Despues Paco Rabal se fue a Madrid a buscarse la vida.
EL ABUELo fue prosperando y de un barril, paso a una barca, a una lancha, un barco pequeño…. hasta llegar a varios barcos muy muy grandes.
EL ABUELO CUANDO SE RETIRO DIO LOS BARCOS Y UN CONSEJO A SUS HIJOS. Aqui teneis los barcos pero lo que ganeis lo invertis en tierra.
Ahora estan a punto de retirarse y los nietos lo estan deseando. ¿PORQUE? Porque los padres no hicieron caso a su abuelo. Pues lo que ganaron lo
inviertieron en más barcos (que ahora europa les obliga a hundir), en radares para buscar la pesca, en tecnologia para los barcos. NO HICIERON CASO. Los nietos (que entre ellos son primos) se juraron que el dia que se hagan cargo de los barcos. Invertiran en tierra como hizo su abuelo.
Pues una vez el abuelo tenia la oportunidad de comprar 2 barcos a buen precio y hacerse el pescador con mayor flota. Y prefirio comprar un edicio de 5 plantas con un gran bajo y parking. Gracias a esa decisión la familia tiene donde vivir.

Tercero: EN EL CURSO ME FALLASTE EN UNA COSA.
Todo el mundo puede hacer cualquier cosa bien o muy bien. Y hay es donde determina la actitud y la aptitud.
COMO YO LO ENTIENDO: Actitud (ganas de hacer una cosa) Aptitud (conocimientos para hacer una cosa)
Comentaste QUE TU NO SABIAS DIBUJAR Y NO LO PODIAS HACER PUES NO TENIAS APTITUDES (CONOCIMIENTOS). FALSO
Tu no sabes dibujar porque no tuviste nadie que te enseñase a dibujar. Yo creia lo mismo que tu. Pero es FALSO.y Dibujar es la ostia te lo juro. Pues entraS en trance y pasaN 2 horas creyendo que pasaron 2 minutos. ES LA OSTIA
LA CLAVE ESTA EN UN LIBRO QUE TE ENVIARE SI TE INTERESA:

APRENDER A DIBUJAR: UTILIZANDO EL LADO DERECHO DEL CEREBRO (Betty Edwards). Bendito libro.

Digo que me fallaste pues whereisthelimit y hay te habias puesto limite. Y no es verdad. DEMOSTRABLE.
Yo creo que si quieres puedes osea si tienes actitud (ganas) la aptitud (conocimientos) aparecen.

Cuarto: MI PASIÓN (La quiniela). Este año se puede ganar dinero otros años no lo se.
Desde el 2010 onlae esta obligada a determinar los porcentajes jugados por la gente. SIRVE COMO INDICADOR. Y con esos % se sabe que premio tiene cada columna. Con betfair (casa de apuestas) se sacan los porcentajes de resultados. OTRO INDICADOR.

EL CONJUNTO DE COLUMNAS SON 4.782.969 que son 14 elevado a la 3. COMO EL 90% DE LAS JORNADAS GANA MADRID Y BARSA. Es tonteria jugar en contra. Y nos quedamos
con 12 triples osea 531441 columnas.

Quinto: No te hagas rutinario no pierdas la pasión.

Yo trabajo en una empresa de formación (yo organizo cursos de cualquier materia). Un estudio nos dio la conclusión era que los formadores noveles estaban mejor valorados que los formadores expertos. Porque?. Porque los formadores expertos dejaban de preparar las clases.

EL EJEMPLO CLARO ES: CUANDO UN CONDUCTOR NOVEL SALE A LA CARRETERA NO VA TENER ACCIDENTES PORQUE SE VA FIJANDO EN TODO PERO AL PASO DEL TIEMPO VA LLEVAR ALGUN SUSTO PUES EMPIEZA A PONER LA MANO EN LA VENTANILLA, PORQUE SALUDA AL COLEGA QUE VA POR LA CALLE, ETC.
Y vi que tu cuando hablabas de como empezaste en un bar te brillaban los ojos. En estos cursos no permitas que se hagan rutinarios.
Buscate una cosa (solamente una) diferente para cada curso. Es una buena manera de ganarse las abichuelas y ademas consigues hacer a la gente feliz.

Sexto: Me gusta la gente como tu.
Yo ADORO a la gente que es buena gente. Y SOBRE TODO NO ES MEDIOSA, NI TIENE RECELOS Y MIRA A LOS OJOS.

Te explico:

Para dar un curso de aerografia contacte con un formador que me miro a los ojos (www.hugomacart.com ) El me decia yo quiero enseñar a la gente para que se ganen la vida. Y cuanto mas seamos mas conocida sera la aerografia. Mas mercado abra y mas dinero ganaremos todos. LO CONTRATE POR SU FILOSOFIA. Una zona de vinos no se compone de un bar sino de muchos. NO TENIA MIEDO POR QUE SABIA QUE ERA EL MEJOR. Dame alguna idea y te mando algo que te guste relacionado con la aerografia. Si quieres pintar un casco o cualquier cosa (gratis) me lo mandas y lo hacemos.

Para dar un curso de miniaturas contacte con un formador (www.littletu.com ) de barcelona marcos. Y va venir a ASTURIAs a enseñar a la gente pues CONSIDERA que hay negocio para todos y sabe que es el mejor. Mandame una foto en la que te gustes. Y te hacemos una miniatura.

YO, cuando entra algun compañero nuevo a la empresa le enseño todo, todo, todo. Por lo mismo. Porque soy el mejor y no tengo porque tener miedo. Y SOBRE TODO HAY QUE AYUDAR A LA GENTE A GANARSE LA VIDA.
Y TE DIGO PORQUE ME CAISTE BIEN: PORQUE MIRAS A LOS OJOS PARA HABLAR (y encima tu mas que nadie pues tienes ojos hasta en el cogote).

NO engañas pues dejas claro que el 90% pierden en bolsa. Osea de los 40, que estuvimos en el curso 36 perderian dinero y los de los otros 4 si son egoistas y prepotentes lo perderan todo.

Septimo: Si vienes ASTURIAS. Y tienes algun problema. Llamame. Te ayudare de buen gusto.

Si tienes huevos y te atreves a subir el puerto mas duro del mundo. EL ANGLIRU (RIOSA). Te lo enseño.

OCTAVO: Mi abuela decia.

SI NO ERES GUAPO A LOS 20, FUERTE A LOS 30 Y RICO A LOS 40. NI SERAS GUAPO NI FUERTE NI RICO.

Y YO ERA EL MAS GUAPO A LOS 20. EL MAS FUERTE A LOS 30 (LEVANTABA VEHICULOS SUJETANDOLOS POR LA DEFENSA) y AHORA SOLO TENGO QUE CONSEGUIR SER RICO (LA QUINIELA).

Me quedan 6 años para conseguirlo. Espero que el infarto no me venga a buscar antes.

CONCLUSION:

THANK YOUUUUUUUUUU

It cost an effort to go because on the trip over there I went with a fever, I was in the course with a fever and on the way back I had fever convulsions.
The fever made me thirsty, and so during the course I drunk 9 small bottles of water. And then I was pying my pants. DAMN. It was the worst day in a long time. But I wanted to go so bad that I held there I could. I could not enjoy because I was having a bad time. But not because of the course but because of the circumstances.

I AM GONNA WRITE 8 COMMENTS  (that are not either to criticize or sing the praise).

First: Why did I do the course? I went in search of passion.

I was a person who used to do a lot of sports, I had many friends and lived happily.
Now I’m a fat guy with a job that I hate, with wear and tear in the cartilage, and that people try as Mr (for which they might see I am very old).

How did I get to where I am now?very easy I had to start making a living in 1998 on a place that takes  much of my time and also is very monotonous. I have no time to live (do sport, make friends, etc). I started to gain weight 300 grams per month 3.6 kilos a year. I mean since 1998 to 2012 50,4 kg.I went from 80 kilos to 130.4 kg. I started with diets (and the spring effect) that made me gain even more weight . Five years ago I bet with a friend that I would run a marathon, and I did. I am 120 kilos. I did it in 4 and a half hours. The year It took to prepare it, I was happy. The day I did it, I was happy.
It was hard to run the marathon (imagine what it is to run with a bag of 50 kilos).

WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT WHEN YOU DO THINGS WITH PASSION YOU’RE HAPPY. AND THAT IS WHAT I WENT TO LOOK FOR AT YOUR COURSE. TO GET PASSIONATE.

Second: – The sentence that you were looking for in the course -

What is gained in the sea is invested in the land.

Anecdote: 2 years ago in Roquetas de mar (Amería) I run into a relative of Paco Rabal (actor), and I told the story of his family. His grandfather was a cousin of Paco Rabal.
His grandfather and Paco Rabal when they were young people came out to fish to the sea in a barrel of wine. After Paco Rabal went to Madrid to seek life.
THE grandfather was thriving and from a barrel, he switched to a boat, from a boa to a small ship…. until he reached several very large ships.

WHEN THE GRANDFATHER RETIRED HE GAVE THE SHIPS AND A AN ADVISE TO THEIR CHILDREN. Here you have the boats but what you get in the sea, you invest in the land.
Now the grandchildren are on the verge of retiring and they are looking forward to. WHY? Because the grandchildren ignored their grandfather. They invested in more ships (which now Europe is forcing them to sink), radars to search fishing, technology for ships. THEY DID NOT LISTEN. Grandchildren (among them are cousins) vowed that the day they take charge of the boats, they will invest on the land as the grandfather did.
Because once the grandfather had the opportunity to buy 2 ships at a good price and be the fisherman with the largest fleet. And he preferred to buy a Buliding of 5 floors with a large basement and parking. Thanks to that decision the family has now a place to live.

Third: In the course you failed in one thing.
Everyone can do anything well or very well. And that is where the attitude and aptitude is determined.
AS I UNDERSTAND IT: Attitude (wanting to do something) aptitude (knowledge to do something)
You comment that you DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO DRAW AND YOU COULDN’T DO IT BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T HAVE THE APTITUDE (knowledge ) FALSE
You do not know draw because you didn’t have anyone to teach you to draw. I thought the same as your. But is was FALSE. Drawing is the SH*T I swear. You enter into a trance and spend 2 hours believing it took 2 minutes. IS THE SH*T THE KEY IS IN A BOOK THAT I YOU WILL SEND TO YOU IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN:

I say that you failed because whereisthelimit and there you set a limit. And it is not true. CAN BE PROVEN.
I think that if you want, which means if you have attitude (desire) the aptitude (knowledge) comes up.

Fourth: My passion (Quiniela). This year I can make money, other years I am not sure.
From the year 2010 onlae is obliged to determine the percentages played by people. IT SERVES AS AN INDICATOR. And with those percentages they know to award to give to each column. With betfair (betting house) take the percentages of THE results. ANOTHER INDICATOR.

Fifth, Do not become monotonous do not miss the passion.

I work in a training company (I organize courses of any material). A study gave the conclusion that the novice trainers were better valued than training experts. Why?. Because the expert trainers did not prepare classes anymore.

THE EXAMPLE IS OF COURSE: WHEN A NOVEL DRIVER GOES ON THE ROAD IS NOT WILL HAVE ACCIDENTS BECAUSE HE IS AWARE OF EVERYTHING BUT AFTER SOMETIME HE WILL START GETTING SOME SHOCK BECAUSE HE BEGINS TO PUT THE HAND OUT THE WINDOW, BECAUSE HE GREETS HIS PAL THAT GOES BY THE STREET, ETC.
And I saw that your when you talked about how you started in a bar, you eyes were shining. In these courses, do not let that they become a routine.
Find one thing (only one) different in each course. It is a good way to make a living and also make people happy.

Sixth: I like people like you.
I LOVE people who are good people. AND ABOVE ALL IS NOT FEARFUL, RESENFULL AND LOOKS IN THE EYES.

I explain:
For an airbrushing course, I contacted a trainer that would look into the eyes (www.hugomacart.com) and he said I want to teach people so they can make a living. And the more we are,  more people will get to known the Airbrush technique. It will open up the market, and people will make more money. I HIRED HIM DUE TO HIS PHILOSOPHY. A wine area is not comprised by one bar, but by many. HE WAS NOT AFRAID BECAUSE HE KNEW HE WAS THE BEST. Give me some idea and I send you something you like with Airbrush. If you want to paint a helmet or anything (free) you send me and we do it.

To give a course of miniatures I contact a trainer (www.littletu.com) of barcelona frameworks. And it will come to ASTURIAS to educate people as it is considered that there is business for all and know that it is the best. Send me a photo that you like. And you make a miniature.

I, when somebody new comes to the company I teach him everything, everything, everything. For the same reason. Because I am the best and I am not afraid. AND ABOVE ALL WE MUST HELP THE PEOPLE TO EARN A LIVING. AND I WILL TELL YOU WHY I LIKE YOU VERY MUCH: because look at people in the eyes (and you more that anybody else, because you have eyes that go down to your neck).

You do not lie to people because you leave clear that 90% of people lose in the stock market. Meaning  that from the 40 people that were in the course, 36 would lose money and the other 4 if they are selfish and arrogant they would lose it all.

IF YOU ARE NOT HANDSOME 20, STRONG AT THE 30 OR WEALTHY AT 40. YOU WILL NOT BE HANDSOME NEITHER STRONG NOR WEALTHY.

AND I WAS THE MOST HANDSOME AT 20. STRONGEST WHEN I WAS 30 (I would LIFT vehicles holding them from the defense) AND I ONLY HAVE TO BE RICH AT 40 (LA QUINIELA).

I have 6 years to get it. I hope that the stroke does not come to me before then.
